Strike Fighters Terrain Beta---TEAM SKUNKWORKS
 
  Please first let me say that I hope you enjoy my first of what I hope to be many add-ons for SFP1.
I personally had no hit in my frame rate with this terrain, but then again the frame rate was not outstanding with the original terrain. We can only hope this improves with future patches. Any observations as far as bugs may be directed to me and will help me inprove future terrains.

INSTALLATION:
  • Create a new folder in your X:\Strategy First\Strike Fighters\Terrain directory.(X being your install drive letter) called deuces.
    It should look like this X:\Strategy First\Strike Fighters\Terrain\deuces
  • Copy your Desert.cat file from your X:\Strategy First\Strike Fighters\Terrain\desert folder and paste it to your new deuces folder.
  • Rename the .cat file from Desert to Deuces.
  • Extract all of the files (with the exception of the campaign zip) from the downloaded .zip to the deuces folder.
  • Go Fly!
  • You can now pick this terrain in your single player drop down map area.
 
Campaign:

You can choose to use this terraign in Campaign mode. It does not add a new campaign buit simply allows you to fly the built in campaign with this terrain.

  • Create a new floder called Campaign2 in your X:\Strategy First\Strike Fighters\Campaigns directory.
  • Extract the files from the campaign zip to this folder.
  • Done
